Site Purpose

To provide the marketplace with "up to date" priced commodities, both spot and futures availability. Only circa 20 metric tonne listings will be made available via this site. This site is for the commodity cheese, butter and dairy powders.

Each lot will be graded by an industry professional.

Products are listed with an initial lot number and this must be quoted when contacting the seller.
